Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 September 2026. This covers personal data we collect when you respond to one of our adverts, fill in a form on this site, or email or call us directly, before you’re a client.
Who we are
Partum Systems Ltd (“Partum,” “we,” “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. We’re a company registered in England and Wales, operating from London, England. You can reach us at info@partum.software.
What this doesn’t cover
This page covers you, a visitor or prospect, not a client’s own customers. How we process data on a client’s behalf once they’re a client is set out in the service agreement we put in place with them, summarised on our DPA summary page. If your business talks to a company that uses Partum, this page isn’t about you; that business’s own privacy policy is.
What we collect
When you respond to an advert or fill in a form to book a diagnostic call, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address and/or phone number
- The rough size of your business (for example, “5–20 employees”), where you tell us
- Anything else you choose to write to us
If we hold a diagnostic call with you, we may ask to record it for quality and training. We’ll always say so at the start of the call and you can decline; if we do record it, we keep the recording and any notes taken from it.
We don’t use cookies, analytics or any tracking technology on this website.
Why we use it
To get in touch, prepare for and hold a diagnostic call, and follow up afterwards. Our legal basis is your consent (you gave us your details specifically so we’d contact you) and, once we’re in an active conversation with you, our legitimate interest in following up on a live business enquiry.
We never use your details for anything else. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask to join.
Who we share it with
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is the advertising platform some enquiries reach us through; they process what you submit under their own privacy policy before it reaches us. Beyond that, we share your details only with the ordinary tools a small business runs on to operate (email, calendar, phone). We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
Meta is based in the United States, so data submitted through a Meta lead form may be processed outside the UK under Meta’s own transfer safeguards, not a separate arrangement of ours.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can follow up if it makes sense to. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, unless we’re required to keep it for a specific legal reason.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, send you a copy in a portable format, or you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@partum.software for any of these. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if what we do changes, and date it when we do.
